GIO customers can easily update their policy details and some optional covers by logging into GIO Online Services. From there, you’ll see a list of your policies; simply select the policy you want to update and then choose the ‘Update my policy’ tab.

You’ll see various options to choose from for what you can update. Note that not all changes can be made online. If you’re unable to update online, please chat to us or call us on 13 10 10.
