About GIO

Since 1927, GIO has helped generations of customers feel better protected to navigate the uncertainties of life with our range of trusted insurance products.

We know it's important to plan ahead for the unexpected and feel in control if things go wrong which is why we offer a dedicated 24/7 claims service.

No-one can predict when things will take a turn for the worse and being in a situation where you have to claim is stressful enough, so we’ve made it as easy as possible.

We’re available around the clock if you want to call and speak to someone, make a claim online or even try out our innovative claims app.

Like the reliable partner we are, we've also established a vast and efficient repair network that offers lasting value with a lifetime repair guarantee on all building and vehicle authorised repairs.

With a history like ours, we know you can trust us to get the job done, just like we have been for almost 90 years.
