How do I cancel my policy?

We’re sorry you're thinking of cancelling! You can cancel your home or landlord insurance through GIO Online Services or via the GIO App. If you haven't registered, it's easy to get started.

You can also cancel your policy using GIO Virtual Assistant.

If you do cancel, you may qualify for a refund of the unexpired portion of the premium less any non-refundable government charges. Minimum refunds apply.
