As a GIO customer, you can update your NSW CTP Green Slip by simply registering or logging in to GIO My Account. It’s important to note that any changes may affect your renewal premium.

To make changes to driver details and driving history information, click ‘Update my policy’ and select your policy.

If your policy is due for renewal, the process is a little different. Select your policy and choose the ‘Renew Policy’ tab. You’ll see an option to update your renewal term. The updates will only be effective from your renewal date.
