How do I submit an Internal Dispute and what is the process?
- Insurers and self-insurers have voluntarily agreed to provide a free Internal Dispute Resolution Process to review decisions made on claims.
- GIO require a written request so the claim can be reviewed by a person independent of the original decision making process. We do our best to respond in 5 working days but more complex matters may take longer.
- To access this process, please send your written request to ntwcdispute@suncorp.com.au and specifically request a review under the Internal Dispute Resolution process.
