How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password for GIO Online Services, simply click on ‘Forgot your password?’ at the GIO Online Services login page. From there, you will be asked to enter your email address. If you’re not sure which email address you used to register, you can try searching your accounts for messages received from GIO.
If you’d simply like to change your existing password, you can do so by updating your account settings once you’ve logged in. From the GIO Online Services homepage, you’ll see a link to ‘Change password’. Click on this, fill the fields where it asks for your current and new passwords, then select ‘Confirm’.
For those who have forgotten their email address, we can help with that too. Simply visit the GIO Online Services login page and click on ‘Forgot your email address?’, then enter a few simple details.
