Payment System Upgrade
Due to a planned system upgrade, if your regular bank account direct debit payment is scheduled between 3 Dec – 5 Dec 2025, your payment will be processed slightly later, on or around 8 Dec 2025.
If you purchased a new instalment policy between 28 Nov 2025 – 5 Dec 2025 and your first credit card debit was due 6 – 11 Dec 2025, your payment will instead be processed on or around 12 Dec 2025.
This is a one-off delay, and direct debits will revert to their regular scheduled date after this upgrade.
No action is required from customers, other than ensuring there are sufficient funds in the nominated account on the new debit date. There will be no impact to your insurance coverage during this period.
