Choice of repairer
We can arrange the repair of your motorcycle, or you can choose your own repairer. Our lifetime repair guarantee applies even if you choose your repairer, as long as we authorise the repairs.

$20 million legal liability cover
Provides you, or someone you authorise to ride your motorcycle, with up to $20 million to pay compensation for loss or damage to another person's vehicle or property caused by your motorcycle.
Accidental loss or damage cover
We'll cover you for accidental loss or damage from incidents such as hail, storm (including cyclone), flood, fire, theft, collision and impact.
Malicious damage or vandalism cover
A malicious act is something that is done on purpose, with intent, as opposed to by accident. This includes things like graffiti or key marks on your motorcycle.
Damage by uninsured drivers
If a vehicle driven by an uninsured driver damages your motorcycle, and the rider of your motorcycle didn't contribute to the accident (this means that the other driver was entirely at fault), and you can provide us with the name, address and registration details of the person at fault, you'll be covered for reasonable costs of repair to your motorcycle, but no more than $5,000 for any one incident.
New motorcycle after a total loss for motorcycles less than 2 years old
If your motorcycle claim is accepted as a total loss within the first two years of registration, we'll replace it with a new motorcycle of the same make and model (or similar make and model if the same is not available), providing you're the first registered owner.
Emergency travel, accommodation and repairs
If your motorcycle's stolen or damaged, we'll pay reasonable costs for emergency repairs and if the incident was more than 100 km from home we'll also pay travel and accommodation costs if the motorcycle's not roadworthy or safe to drive.
Hire car after theft for up to 21 days
If your motorcycle's stolen, we can arrange and pay for the reasonable costs of a hire car that meets your transport needs up to 21 days. We'll also insure the hire car against accidental loss and damage.
Towing and storage costs
If your motorcycle's not safe to drive, we'll pay for it to be towed to our nearest assessment centre or repair facility, or another location nominated or agreed by us plus storage costs incurred until your claim is settled.
Personal property in your motorcycle
Provides up to $500 if personal items stored in a secure compartment on your motorcycle, for example your mobile phone, laptop or clothing, are lost or damaged in an incident. It doesn't include things like cash, jewellery, tools and other items used for work.
Riding apparel cover
We cover your riding apparel, or that of your pillion passenger, if stolen from a secure storage compartment on your motorcycle or damaged while you are riding your motorcycle.
Locks and keys
If your motorcycle keys are stolen, we cover up to $1,000 towards the cost of replacing the keys and recoding your locks.
Third party property damage for trailers
Covers damage your trailer causes to another person's vehicle or property when being towed by your motorcycle.
Trailer cover
Provides up to $1,000 (for any one incident) for accidental loss or damage to your trailer caused by an incident when it:
- is attached to your motorcycle;
- runs out of control after separating from your motorcycle while your motorcycle is moving.
