Contents are household items you own or are responsible for that are mainly used for domestic purposes. This doesn’t include items permanently attached to the insured address. Contents can include, but are not limited to:

  • furniture;
  • furnishings;
  • clothing;
  • home computers and printers;
  • unfixed electrical goods and appliances not housed in a cabinet;
  • internal blinds;
  • drapes and curtains;
  • carpets;
  • plants in pots, and
  • medical equipment and aids.
