How do I update my address or personal details on my car insurance policy?

As a GIO customer, you can update your address and other personal details conveniently online by logging into GIO Online Services at any time. at any time.

To do so, simply:

log in
select the policy you want to make the changes for
navigate to the ‘Update my policy’ tab.

Here you’ll find a range of things you can make changes to, including where you park your car, contact details, how often you use your car, and more.

If your policy is due for renewal, the process is a little different. After you log into GIO Online Services:

select your policy up for renewal
select ‘Renew Policy’
navigate to ‘Your Policy details’
select ‘Parking address’ to make your changes.

The updates will only be effective from your renewal date. If you want your details to be updated immediately, please chat to us or call us on 13 10 10.
