Can “Talk to GIO” help me with my policy?
It can help you know more about GIO policies. But since it’s not connected to your account, it can’t give you personal policy information. To stay in the know about your personal policy, login to GIO Online Services or the Suncorp App. Alternatively, you can call us on 13 10 10.
Do I need to provide personal information to access this service?
No, you don’t need to know your personal information to use this service. However, Google Assistant might require access to your device GPS in order to give you tailored tips based on your location.
How do I exit “Talk to GIO”?
To end the interaction, simply say “stop”, “exit” or “bye”.
What devices can I use?
You can use a Google Home, Google Home Mini, Google Home Hub, or the Google Assistant App on Android or iOS. Find out all you need to know about Google Assistant and required phone and tablet versions.
