Workers compensation insurance provides cover for workers injured during their employment and is compulsory in Australia, although arrangements vary between states.
NSW Workers Compensation policies are issued and renewed by icare Workers Insurance.
To obtain a policy, visit the icare website or contact icare’s Customer Support Centre on 13 44 22.
If you already have workers compensation insurance icare will contact you before renewal.

Make a Workers Compensation claim
As an employer, it’s your responsibility to help an injured worker seek first aid or medical treatment immediately for any work-related injury or illness. You’ll then need to fill out some forms to lodge a claim.
