Obtaining a NSW Workers Compensation Policy
All NSW employers must have a workers compensation policy if they pay more than $7500 in wages per annum, employ an apprentice or trainee, or are part of a group for premium purposes. - Complete an Online Quote Request Form.
- If you need cover to commence as soon as possible, apply online today.
- Alternatively, you can download and complete a NSW Proposal form (make sure you sign the declaration at the bottom) and fax to 1300 666 346, or mail to NSW Policy Services, GPO Box 3915, Sydney NSW 2000.
- If you are currently insured with another agent, and transferring your workers compensation insurance to GIO, please notify your current agent in writing before 4pm on the expiry date of your current policy.
