** In NSW, an employer’s workers compensation claims costs only impacts their premium rate if the employer’s wages are greater than $300,000 and/or the employer’s basic tariff premium is greater than $10,000. In WA, ACT, NT and Tasmania, our workers compensation insurance premium rates are based on a number of factors, including the employer’s previous workers compensation insurance claims costs.
