OHS Risk Management Systems
- Independent auditing of existing OHS Risk Management Systems ('gap analysis')
- Assistance with the development of OHS Risk Management Systems
- Coaching/mentoring in policies and procedures development and support in achieving accreditation
- Risk assessments of work areas including plant, manual handling, dangerous goods, etc.
- Advice/guidance to OHS Committee's and employer / employee consultation
Information Service
- Provide information on changes to OHS information and relevant safety alerts
- Research information to support client projects and programs
- Claims analysis and identification of injury trends

Accident/Incident Management
- Provide information on reporting and recording requirements and in the investigation of injuries and incidents
Legislation
- Provide information on OHS legislation and provision of practical advice on the potential implications for client operations
- OHS legislation updates and advice the potential impact on the client
- Due Diligence Audits of organisation activities against legislative requirements
Training
- Regular, scheduled information sessions in each state
- Provide advice on training requirements
- Provision of training to meet client needs which may include but is not limited to:
- Getting started with OHS
- OHS due diligence requirements
- Hazard and risk management
- OHS for supervisors
- Managing psychological injuries
- Office safety
- Manual handling
- On site training programs can be developed to client requirements
