External Dispute Resolution Schemes

We hold membership with the following ASIC approved External Dispute Resolution (EDR) Scheme that covers the services and products offered by us.

EDR Scheme	Type of complaints they deal with
Financial Ombudsman Service	Complaints about general insurance companies e.g. covers home, transit and storage, motor and boat insurance claims.
Office of Federal Privacy Commissioner (OFPC)	OFPC deals with complaints regarding breaches of the Privacy Act.
